The first session is free. After that, each 1-hour session is $62 and clients can schedule as many sessions per week as they want through the booking calendar.
We come to the client.
Summit Performance trains clients in their home gym, apartment gym, or preferred workout space so the plan fits real life.
Built toward any goal.
We tailor training toward strength, mobility, conditioning, body composition, athletic performance, wellness, or any other health goal the client wants to build toward.
Clean eating made clear.
We help clients understand cleaner food choices, calorie deficits, calorie surpluses, and how nutrition supports the training goal.
Support after booking.
Clients who have booked with Summit Performance can reach out personally to either trainer for advice and support.
Free and practical.
We review the training space, talk through goals and training knowledge, then coach a complete 1-hour session.
No frequency limit.
Clients can book one session or several sessions per week based on schedule, energy, and goals.
