Booking
Book a 1-hour session.
The first session is free. After that, each 1-hour session is $62 and clients pay after the workout. We send email reminders, and longer training sessions can be arranged directly at a higher rate.
Summit Performance comes to the address you enter below. Use the location where you want the session to happen, whether that is a home gym, apartment gym, private gym, or another training space.
Log in or create an account before choosing a session time. This keeps the calendar accurate and prevents duplicate free first sessions.
Availability is Monday-Friday 5 AM-9 PM and Saturday-Sunday 8 AM-5 PM. Clients need at least 24 hours notice to book, cancel, or reschedule. Every booked appointment blocks the session time plus a 30-minute travel buffer.
Current seasonal availability: Cooper is unavailable until June 1. Alex is unavailable May 28-May 31 and June 28-July 5. Summit Performance is closed after August 5 until next summer, so dates after August 5 cannot be booked. Dates when both trainers are unavailable are greyed out on the calendar.

What happens in the free first session.
We spend time reviewing the training space, interview the client on goals and what they want to achieve, talk through current training knowledge, then coach a full workout.
Recurring bookings repeat for a maximum of 4 weeks. Cancellations and reschedules are free with at least 24 hours notice; anything under 24 hours is charged at the normal session rate.
