The first step is a free 1-hour session so the client can experience the coaching, and Summit Performance can understand the training space, goals, and current training knowledge. If a question is not answered here, contact Alex or Cooper directly.

How much does training cost?

The first session is free. After that, each 1-hour training session is $62. Clients can book as many sessions per week as they want through the calendar.

Where does training happen?

Summit Performance comes to the client. Training can happen in a home gym, apartment gym, or preferred workout space, and the plan is built around the equipment that is actually available.

What happens during the free first session?

We review the training space, interview the client on goals and what they want to achieve, talk through current training knowledge, then coach a complete 1-hour workout.

What kind of training backgrounds do Alex and Cooper bring?

Summit Performance blends Alex's 8 years across triathlon, football, independent lifting, and bodybuilding with Cooper's 14 years across competitive swimming, triathlon, aquathlon worlds, track, lifting, and outdoor fitness.

What does the app do?

The app is an additional tool for booked clients. It shows workouts, tracks progress, and keeps session details visible between appointments.
