My training path started with triathlons as a kid, shifted into football as a freshman in high school, moved into independent strength training as a junior, and then developed into bodybuilding as a freshman in college.
I understand what it feels like to carry extra weight for sport, transform my body, train for a marathon, and prepare for a fully natural bodybuilding competition.
My experience helps Summit Performance coach clients through strength, function, endurance, body composition, and confidence without forcing one rigid style of training onto every person.
