How the first session works.
The first session is not a sales pitch. We review the training space, interview the client on goals and training knowledge, then coach a real 1-hour workout so the next step feels clear.
Space review.
We look at equipment, layout, limitations, and what can realistically fit the client's week.
Goal interview.
We talk through health history, current training knowledge, confidence, and the result the client wants.
Full session.
We coach the first 1-hour workout, then build a path for future sessions if it feels like the right fit.
